What the shipping method do we being used?
Start from 1st January, 2005, all packages are shipped by international registered air-mail. Usually, it
can be arrived in most places in 7-20 days.
How can I combine shipping?
Easy! Our shopping cart will automatically combine the shipping for you! Remember, if
you are purchasing items those are in $4 basic shipping. You just need to pay $4 for Air-mail shipping for all
items.
I had picked up many items already, but suddenly your shopping cart
lost my records!
You may want to try the refresh buttom on your browser. Our shopping cart are using cookie to remmember what you
are purchasing. If it keeps happened on your browser, you can email
me with items numbers you want to purchase, and I can set up a linked address to let you
pay them all without click on each item.
Common Questions
What's the difference between jade, and jadeite?
Serpentine, Aventurine are jade-like stones. I'd call them semi-precious stones, not
of gem quality. Nephrite is different. Good nephrite carving is a piece of art. As for jewelry, of course jadeite
is the most desirable and most valuable, for its rich color and shine.

Why the "Reserved" sign on the product? Can I buy that
item?
Some customers may want to purchase items by sending us check, or holding items to be
check out later, weekly, or monthly. We need to hold the item until the payment is arrived. Usually, holding items
can't be sold. However some customers may forget send us payment, and we will release the items, and let the items
can be sold again.
How do you keep the information of your customers, and the member
of your newsletter?
Your information of member in my newsletter will be protected, and your personal information such as credit
card will be secured by WorldPay, and as the promised your information will not be sold, or with other use.
Can I save the shipping cost, if I am buying more than ONE product
from your store?
Yes! You just need to pay $6 for shipping cost of most items. But some products' shipping cost are higher than
$6.00, you need to pay the extra.
For Example: Figure! It will be $10 for each. When you buy two, you need to pay $14.
I am a re-seller, can I have better prices?
Certainly, I am the wholesaler! You can send me an Email with items ID. I will reply you as soon as I can. However,
you have to reach a certain amount of purchasing to have a discount, please contact us to have more informations.
How long will the product arrive, after my credit card is charged?
My store is in Hong Kong, so it will take about 7-20 days for shipping by Air-mail. (Mostly, it just take 7 days
to most places in US.) However, sometimes the package may be able to be arrived in even 30 days, that's because
of the US Customs may be interested in the packages, and check them out to see what things US people like to purchased
from Hong Kong. Please contact us if you can't receive the packages, after 21 days. We can help you to ask, and
wait for the reply from the post-office. We may not consider as package lost, unless the package can't be arrived
in 45 days.
What kind of payment do we accept?
We can only accept Paypal.
Why the product is still shown on the site, after I have bought
with my credit card?
Once you had received email to confirm your payment had been received, your items should NOT be shown on our site
anymore.
However, if you purchased necklace, we will keep showing, because we may have more than one similar necklace in
stock.
If the item is not necklace, please contact me to check if we have
received your order.
Why my order has been canceled?
If your account is unvertified on Paypal, we may cancel your order. We do not accept order from unvertified account
on Paypal.
Can I cancel the order?
Before we reply you, you can send me an Email to cancel the order. But after we have replied you, you canNOT cancel
the order, or need to pay the handling charge.
Can I have the refund, if I do not want it anymore, after I get
it?
Within 21 days, count on between the first latter that we replied to you, and the product returned, you can mailed
it back to us, and get the refund in 80% of the original price. After 21 days, we will give you back 70% of the
product's original price. After FIVE weeks, we won't accept the refund. Note: The handling & shipping charge
will not be refunded, and you need to pay the returning shipping cost.
I found that you don't pay the refund on the bangles! Why?
We do have refund on the bangle if it is not as the picture showing, or the description.
We will NOT have any refund if you have not checked out your size, before place order! We can't send you a bangle,
and let you try if you can wear it, or refund it! We are selling jadeite products in wholesale price, so we canNOT
afford it! If you can't sure your sizes, please don't place the order!
